Mon/Tues CLOSED
Wed/Thur 10-4 and evenings by appointment
Fri/Sat 10-4
Sun By Appt

Hours for week of April 12th

Due to an exceptionally long and unpredictable recovery from a car accident several weeks ago, the studio is still not on full hours.

We guarantee the following hours:
Mon 10-1
Tues and Wed 5-8pm
Thur 10-1
Sat 10-4

Julie will be in the studio for additional hours beyond those noted above, however, they will vary, so please call or email ahead of time to verify availability for picking up your order, etc. before coming by if you are coming outside of the above guaranteed hours.

Santa is Coming TOMORROW Fri Dec 4!

Santa had a last minute opening in his schedule and has agreed to appear at Dream Catcher Photo TOMORROW!!! We hope you can slip by to see him!

• Date: Friday Dec 4th.
• Times: 10-noon and 5pm to 7pm
• Drop in only, no appointments.
• Photo purchase not necessary.
• Special mini packages will be available for those who wish to order photos.
• Photos will be put online (password protected) and orders can be placed through our site.

Parking is available in our front lot and on the side street (North Routledge). Please watch for No Parking signs on the side street and please do not block the side laneway to the studio. Thank you.

Halloween Charity Photo Day for the London Food Bank

Friday Oct 30 10-noon and 4pm-6:30pm

We’ll take a photo of your child dressed in their Halloween costume in our Halloween set and give you a FREE 4x6 (that you come back and pick up a few days later) in exchange for a non-perishable item for the London Food Bank (one 4x6 per child). Last year we collected FOUR heaping laundry baskets full thanks to our Phenomenal clients! No appointments, walk-in only.

By appointment, booked every 15 minutes. One pose on black background OR in our Christmas set (this year we have a CandyLand Christmas Themed Set). No retainer fee. Only pay for what you order, when you order it. Special Card sale prices ONLY available on this day. Prints can also be purchased if you so desire at standard rates. No retainer. $50 minimum purchase. Only buy prints or products if you like the photos!

Sessions booked every 30 minutes. Appointments required.
No on-location fee. Standard $97 retainer applies, payable at time of session, via Credit Card, Cheque or exact cash.

Location this year is the Elmo W. Curtis Gardens (just south of the old Guy Lombardo museum) on Wonderland Rd and Springbank Rd.

Fast Track School Portraits

Fast Track School Portraits! (That YOU get to actually CHOOSE!)

How did last year's school photos of your child turn out? Does it look like the photo was taken immediately following recess? Is there jam on their face? Want better photos this year? Of course you do! And guess what... prices are comparable to standard school portrait rates!!

• For one evening only, bring in your child for our Fast Track School Portraits.
• Be in the room so you can check their hair!
• Headshots/torso only, white or black backdrop.
• No session fee. No retainer.
• Special Packages just available for this day. (Package and Pricing details will be published on our blog next week.)
• $25 minimum purchase per child.
• View 2-4 proofs online.
• No appointment, walk in only.
• Sessions only take about 5 minutes (plus paperwork and the all important sticker selection time for your child!)
• Only pay if you like the photos and you order prints!
• Digital files will be available too!

We are unexpectedly short staffed today (Sat July 11). The studio will be closed and will reopen Tuesday with normal operating hours. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Another Puptakes Day!

We are very happy to welcome, again, our guest photographer Lynn Heinitz for our next Puptakes Day. Bring in your furry friend for their very own session. Family is welcome to join in too of course!

Hours Change for Mon May 11

Due to an off site professional development seminar, the studio will be closing early on Mon May 11. We will be open 10-1:15 instead of until 3pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are open Tuesday May 12 for our normal hours.

Yippee! The phone systems are working again! And the voice mail too! What a hassle Bell caused. Please call to your heart's content!

Run for Retina Proofs Live!!!

The Run for Retina Photos are now LIVE!

A big THANKS to our Dream Catcher volunteers, to the Run for Retina committee and volunteers, and to the Running Room. Not to mention thank you to all participants, sponsors and donors for making this year’s Run for Retina a big success. We hope to see you again next year!

We want to give him special credit as he wanted to volunteer for this event and we think he has a great talent. It’s hard to believe he is only 9 from the images he took – except for the fact that there are many duck and animal shots, he’s an animal lover. Thanks for your community spirit Liam!

Run for Retina

Thank you to all the participants, sponsors and volunteers who participated in the Run for Retina on Sunday April 5, 2009. We arrived at 7:15 in the morning so we could capture all the preparations. Hours later... we wrapped things up and are currently editing the truckload of photos we took!

We made our best attempt to get a photo of everyone that participated, but with almost a 1000 runners/walkers... it is inevitable that some are missed.

We have a very talented guest photographer, Lynn Heinitz, coming in on Sat Apr 4 to take photos for our Puptakes day. There are a few spots still available but they’re going fast.
